Black Friday Promotion: 29th of November to the 6th of December 2024*
Easyweb & Vumatel is pleased to extend to you our Black Friday Promotion – Limited Time Offer.
Black Friday orders can be placed between the 29th of November and the 6th of December 2024 for new orders, reconnections and migrations.
Black Friday upgrades on existing services can be processed between the 29th of November and the 29th of December 2024*. Valid for Easyweb clients out of contract or renewal of contract.

Business Rules:
Only applicable to new orders, reconnections, migrations and upgrades.
The Black Friday products will only be available during the promotional period being:
New order, reconnections and migrations: 29th of November 00:00:00 to 6th of December 2024 at 23:59:59 (8 Days).
Upgrades: 29th of November 00:00:00 to the 29th of December 2024 at 23:59:59 (1 Month).
Any order not captured in the promotional period will not be accepted.
After the 12-month period the service will be migrated to the standard month to month product version (equivalent speed at the prevailing rate) and all standard business rules will apply, including any price increases that might be applied to the standard month to month products.
The Black Friday products will not be subject to any price increases between the 29th of November 2024 and 30th of November 2025.
Any new activations that arise as a result of a termination, where the new product is a lesser priced product at the same premise, same ISP with the same customer will attract a penalty fee (R876.32 Excl. VAT).

CANCELLATION PROCESS
The Customer may terminate his/her/their Service(s) on 1 (one) Calendar Month’s written notice to Easyweb.
Such written notice must be sent by email to debtors@easyweboldsite.dexign.co.za. The Customer shall be liable for the Charges in respect of the cancelled Services for the duration of the cancellation notice period.
The Customer shall be liable for early termination fees and other costs specified in the respective Service Specific Terms and Conditions and must ensure that such Charges are paid in full on or before the conclusion of the cancellation notice period.
If the customer cancels within the first 12 months of the agreement a cost of R1999 Excl. Vat will be applicable.
CUSTOMER PREMISES EQUIPMENT
Easyweb shall at all times retain ownership over the CPE unless the contrary is provided for in the applicable Service Order Form.
When the Services require that CPE be installed at the Customer Premises, the Customer shall provide the necessary space, electricity supply and environmental conditions required for the CPE, subject to the Customer being provided with at least 2 (two) Business Days’ notification from Easyweb.
Leased CPE delivered to the Customer shall not become the property of the Customer and the leased CPE shall be returned to Easyweb on termination of this Agreement.
All risk in and responsibility for the CPE shall pass to the Customer on delivery of leased CPE, which delivery shall be evidenced by the Digital Signature or signature of a representative of the Customer or a waybill issued by a courier company.
Easyweb will instruct contractors to install the CPE at the Customer Premises and further instruct such contractors to maintain the CPE for the duration of this Agreement. Easyweb’s agents, representatives, employees and contractors may at all reasonable times enter the Customer Premises to inspect the CPE or carry out any necessary repairs, replacement of CPE or other maintenance work or to discontinue the service should payment not be made on the due date.
The Customer shall always keep leased CPE in its possession and control at the Customer Premises and may not give up possession of the leased CPE, in whole or in part, to any third party or remove and/or re-install the leased CPE at a different location.
The Customer shall, in writing, advise the landlord of the Customer Premises of Easyweb’s ownership of the leased CPE. Unless expressly authorised by Easyweb, the Customer may not make any alteration or modification to the CPE, including the software incorporated in the CPE. If the CPE is lost, stolen or damaged, the Customer shall immediately notify Easyweb thereof in writing.
The Customer shall be liable to Easyweb for the replacement cost and re-installation cost of the CPE or the cost of repair if it is economically feasible to repair the CPE.
The rates for the special will only apply for a period of 12 Months.
Standard pricing will apply after 12 months.

Due to the changes being implemented by VUMA, the 1000/100Mbps Promo package has now been amended to 1000/200Mbps and will be charged at a reduced rate of R 1 399. Valid until 31 December 2021.
At the end of the promotional period, clients can downgrade to the 200/200Mbps line speed or upgrade to the NEW Gigabit package at the below cost.

Along with Vumatel, we have taken your feedback regarding the recent market trends into consideration and we are pleased to announce that we will be realigning our Vumatel home packages with effect from 1st July 2021.

The Customer may terminate his/her/their Service(s) on 1 (one) Calendar Month’s written notice to Easyweb.
Such written notice must be sent by email to debtors@easyweboldsite.dexign.co.za.
The Customer shall be liable for the Charges in respect of the cancelled Services for the duration of the cancellation notice period.
The Customer shall be liable for early termination fees and other costs specified in the respective Service Specific Terms and Conditions and must ensure that such Charges are paid in full on or before the conclusion of the cancellation notice period.
If the customer cancels within the first 24 months of the agreement a cost of R1999 Excl. Vat will be applicable and the cost of access point.

CUSTOMER PREMISES EQUIPMENT
Easyweb shall at all times retain ownership over the CPE unless the contrary is provided for in the applicable Service Order Form.
When the Services require that CPE be installed at the Customer Premises, the Customer shall provide the necessary space, electricity supply and environmental conditions required for the CPE, subject to the Customer being provided with at least 2 (two) Business Days’ notification from Easyweb.
Leased CPE delivered to the Customer shall not become the property of the Customer and the leased CPE shall be returned to Easyweb on termination of this Agreement.
All risk in and responsibility for the CPE shall pass to the Customer on delivery of leased CPE, which delivery shall be evidenced by the Digital Signature or signature of a representative of the Customer or a waybill issued by a courier company.
Easyweb will instruct contractors to install the CPE at the Customer Premises and further instruct such contractors to maintain the CPE for the duration of this Agreement. Easyweb’s agents, representatives, employees and contractors may at all reasonable times enter the Customer Premises to inspect the CPE or carry out any necessary repairs, replacement of CPE or other maintenance work or to discontinue the service should payment not be made on the due date.
The Customer shall always keep leased CPE in its possession and control at the Customer Premises and may not give up possession of the leased CPE, in whole or in part, to any third party or remove and/or re-install the leased CPE at a different location.
The Customer shall, in writing, advise the landlord of the Customer Premises of Easyweb’s ownership of the leased CPE.
Unless expressly authorised by Easyweb, the Customer may not make any alteration or modification to the CPE, including the software incorporated in the CPE. If the CPE is lost, stolen or damaged, the Customer shall immediately notify Easyweb thereof in writing.
The Customer shall be liable to Easyweb for the replacement cost and re-installation cost of the CPE or the cost of repair if it is economically feasible to repair the CPE.
