Dear Easyweb Clientele,

With the first few COVID-19 cases having been reported in South Africa, Easyweb finds itself part of a community which is closely monitoring an evolving situation. It is both prudent and business-essential to consider ways of mitigating the risk to our staff, customers, 3rd party service providers and our business, whose continuity of service may impact your own to some degree.

Easyweb has implemented a series of measures to lessen any impact to the sustainability of our business, incorporating guidelines from the SA National Institute of Communicable Diseases together with those from the World Health Organisation. Some of these measures may require your co-operation and understanding in light of the challenges already presented to other countries.

Our measures include:
• Awareness training given to all staff and details of new protocols to be instituted by them immediately.
• Introduction of rigorous cleansing and sanitization protocols within our office environment.
• Limitation of access to our office whilst upscaling our virtual meeting capabilities.
• Cessation of all non-essential deliveries to the office.
• Recommending to technicians to use masks and gloves to technical staff who may have to visit off-site premises.
• All office-based staff will work remotely from home.
• Management to constantly monitor safeguards, adherence to those measures and business continuity plans.

Should any of our precautionary measures require modification, in support of a developing situation, we will advise of any impact to yourselves.

Easyweb has kept a “business as per usual” strategy for our customers to the best of our ability so our service delivery is not impacted.
